as the photographer editor at the cougar chronicle i have gotten the opportunity to document many student events. Most notably, coming out day presented by the pride center on campus, Campus recreation fest, and latinx fest. these events are held primarily during u hour of camapus tuesday and thursdays from 12-1pm. these events are to show case student life and get student engagement to create a welcoming space on campus, to make csusm feel like home.

one of the opportunities i got that was truly inspirational was getting the chance to use a professional studio space to take photoshoots of staff and create a modeling opportunities for latinx students. this was all done within the inspirational studio held on campus.
